The contact area(K) of a first lever(10), which is brought into contact with the cam face(8A) of the rocker lever(8), is located between the throttle valve lever(5) and end section of the carburetor's housing block in a direction of the longitudinal axis of the throttle valve operating spindle(4) and inside a projected plane of the throttle valve lever on a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the throttle valve operating spindle.
