A commodity dealer's person in charge receives an advertisement medium and selection of commodities to be inserted in the advertising medium with a terminal 3 from person in charge, and the advertising medium and the commodity to be inserted are matched and recorded in a commodity selection information database 14 as a commodity selection information. Also, when a layout data generation section 17 generates the layout data based on the commodity selection information recorded in the commodity information selection database 14, the layout data is generated in the data format specified by the commodity dealer's person in charge.
