Abstract:
Purification of diurethanes of formula (I) by distillation is carried out in the presence of low-boiling alcohols of formula (II). R<1>-(NHCOOR<2>)2 (I) R<3>OH (II) R<1> =4-10 carbon (C) aromatic, araliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aliphatic hydrocarbyl group, optionally substituted by 1-4 C alkyl; R<2>, R<3> = 1-6 C alkyl or 5-6 C cycloalkyl.
