PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cycle life and storage stability at high temperatures, by having an adhesive layer formed by laminating an adhesive layer interposed between a metal and resin, which is sealed to the jacket part of a laminated film and is laminated directly by a lead-through terminal for outside, an insulating resin layer and a polyolefin resin layer in this order between the lead- through terminal and the film, as for an electrochemical device. SOLUTION: In this electrochemical device 1, an electrochemical element is sealed by first and second sealing parts, thermally bonded to the jacket bag of a laminated film 30 having a metal layer and a thermally adhesive resin layer. Lead-through terminals 13, 14, running outside from the sealing part of the electrochemical element, laminate directly an adhesive layer 41 between the metal and the resin. The lead-through terminals 13, 14 made an intermediate layer 40 formed by laminating the adhesive layer 41, an insulating resin layer 42 and a polyolefin resin layer 42 in this order, interposed between the lead- through terminals 13, 14 and the film 30. Thereby, the electrochemical device has sufficient adherence between the jacket bag and the lead-through terminal, and a battery cycle life and storage stability characteristics at high temperatures become satisfactory.
