Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate synthesis picture data so that it is not decoded or it is not contradicted header information at the synthesizing of plural encoding data as one piece of moving picture. SOLUTION: A synthesis control means 102 controlling a synthesis processing in accordance with an indication, a moving picture accumulation means 106 for accumulating an encoded moving picture used for synthesis, a code string take-out means 105 taking out the code string of the moving picture from the moving picture accumulation means, a code string analysis means 104 analyzing header information of the code string fetched by the code string fetching means, a picture information generation means 103 generating header information of the synthesized moving picture by using information of the analyzed code string, a code string rewriting means 110 rewriting display position information of the code string and a synthesis picture output means 108 outputting header information of the synthesis picture and the rewritten code string as the synthesis moving picture are installed.
