Abstract:
To provide a coolant cleaning device taking a new system for considerably reducing the cleaning frequency of cleaning the inside of a clean tank fitted to a bottomed, cylindrical circular coolant tank.
A notched hole 31 exceeding the upper limit level 37 in an circular coolant tank 15 is formed in an upper portion of a notched hole 36 of an underflow structure to communicate the bottomed cylindrical circular coolant tank 15 to generate the vortex flow 29 and the clean tank 24. A partition plate 14 having a bottom side 30 with an opening part 40 along the rotational direction of the vortex flow 29 exceeding the longitudinal dimension of the notched hole 31 is provided on the notched hole 31 portion.
