To prevent in advance invasion of foreign materials such as small aquarium fishes, pieces of waterweed leaves, leftover baits and the like between a strainer case and the inside surface of the outer wall of a water tank and bring the appearance to be sufficient.

The strainer case 1 is attached to the inside surface of the outer wall W of the water tank V by installing a sucker 30 to the strainer case 1 installed in the water tank V. A belt-like sealing material 34 is installed to be endless around the strainer case 1. The sealing material 34 blocks a space C between the periphery of the strainer case 1 and the inside surface of the outer wall W of the water tank V when the strainer case 1 is attached.
