Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct, without need for an electrical sensor at the minimum expense, a mechanism having a minimum function for allowing discharge without affecting a previous process even if an opening/closing apparatus becomes inoperative in a closed state. SOLUTION: The opening/closing apparatus comprises a discharge pipe 3 connected to a discharging side of a treatment means and including a discharge port 4 in a direction of granular substances dropping with a cross section of the discharge port at a predetermined gradient angle with respect to the dropping direction of the granular substances. The pipe 3 includes an opening/closing means 7 comprising an opening/closing plate 6 for closing the discharge port at the gradient angle of the discharge port and a driving section 6a for driving the opening/closing plate to open/close, and a rotating plate 10 which opens a side end 3b wall of the discharge pipe 3 opposite to the plate 6 and is provided to be rotatable on the opening in a hanging state by an upper rotary shaft 9 to be in contact with a tip of the plate 6 while the plate 6 is closed and also to be rotated by an impact of a predetermined level or higher of the dropping substances.
