To provide a corrugator belt having a broad function to meet the diversification and quality improvement of corrugated sheets and stably usable under various conditions of the manufacturing environment.
The corrugator belt is a multiple-ply weave belt composed of two outermost layers and an intermediate layer sandwiched between the outermost layers and bonded with each other by a connection warp. The belt has a triple-ply or quadruple-ply texture produced by using a cotton yarn as the warp of one of the outermost layers, a blended yarn of a polyester fiber and a rayon fiber or a blended yarn of a polyester fiber and cotton as the warp of the other outermost layer, a multifilament yarn of polyester fiber as the warp of the intermediate layer and a single polyester fiber yarn or a twisted yarn of a polyester fiber and cotton as the weft. Each of the outermost layers has the texture of 2/2 broken twill, 1/3 broken twill or 3/1 broken twill.
