To provide a vehicular information providing device which does not give a sense of incongruity to an observer even when a positional relationship between a display device and the observer varies.

This vehicular information providing device 100 performs a body pressure measurement under a state wherein a passenger sits in a seat, estimates the physique and the sitting posture of the passenger by searching a human body data base section 103, and selects a human body oscillation transmitting function. An estimated value for the head section (especially the eye balls) motion of the passenger is calculated by using the human body oscillation transmitting function and detected data of a vehicle motion. A moving amount and a rotating angle in the parallel advancing direction of a display device 108 are calculated by using the detected data of the vehicle motion. A relative displacement between the eye balls and the display device 108 is acquired by using the estimated eye ball location and the location of the display device 108. The display location of an image which is displayed on the display device 108 is moved in a manner to cancel the movement of the displayed image caused by the moving amount in the parallel advancing direction and the relative displacement. Thus, the displayed image seems like stopping above a space for the passenger.
