Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed battery equipped with a film-like armor body and a producing method thereof capable of preventing break of a tab while maintaining airtightness of the battery. SOLUTION: Clearance parts 11a and 11b at a sticking part of the armor body are formed in a shape of an hourglass, wherein narrow parts 110a and 110b are provided near a central part of the sticking part 10t, and wide parts 111a, 111b, and 112a, 112b are provided near an end part of an outer part and near an end part of an inner part. Welding resins 30a and 30b used for forming the sticking part 10t have wider width than the narrow parts 110a and 110b, which are welded in a state of being put on the tabs 21a and 21b.
