Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain patients information in a method of supporting home care and its system with which a care given visits home of a patient who uses a home care apparatus, and can visit the home of the user as soon as possible in the case of an expected disaster or a disaster. SOLUTION: A location of a home care apparatus, patient's database that houses a home care user's information (2-1), and a terminal device (3-A-3-Z) by which the database is searched, are installed and information on an expected disaster or a disaster is taken in the terminal device. A searching function on the home care apparatus users in a corresponding area is installed. Thus in the case of an expected disaster or a disaster, the home care apparatus users in the corresponding area are automatically searched and supports can rapidly be given.
