This setting management system has: an operation setting management means 47 managing the setting information about the operation to be performed by the information terminal 11, and update information about the setting information about the operation to be performed by the information terminal 11; an update information reception means 37 receiving the update information about the setting information from the information terminal 11; and a setting information transmission means 56 transmitting, to the information terminal 11, the setting information about the operation to be performed by the information terminal 11 when the update information about the setting information from the information terminal 11 is older than the update information about the setting information about the operation to be performed by the information terminal 11 managed by itself.
