Abstract:
To provide a method for culturing bottom fauna requiring a smaller cost compared with a method for high-density culture without generating sludge and presenting a yield better than that of a method of rough culture.
Phytoplankton are grown by installing an apparatus for continuously pumping up and scattering bottom layer water in the upper layer, bringing organic matters in bottom layer water to be inorganic by mixing them with upper layer water and activating photosynthesis by enhancing inorganic nutritious salt concentration in the upper layer water.
