Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain low-cost pressure-sensitive adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets capable of being highly filled with a pigment and inhibiting a phenomenon such as powder fall-off, excellent in heat resistance and abrasion resistance as well as anti-blocking properties and capable of being suitably applied to print sheets. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained by dispersing 1-200 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin having a melting point of not lower than the working ambient temperature in the form of particles having a particle diameter of 0.1-50 μm into 100 pts.wt. pressure-sensitive adhesive resin to compound them. Further, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by coating, the above pressure-sensitive adhesive on a substrate to form a coating and then heating the coating at a temperature near the melting point of the thermoplastic resin.
