Abstract:
To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for projection welding superior in weld quality and applicable to projection welding, and to provide a projection-welded member manufactured with the use of it.
In the aluminum alloy plate 3 for jointing a projecting component 2 made of the aluminum alloy by the projection welding, the aluminum alloy plate 3 has Vickers hardness of 65 Hv or higher, and electrical conductivity of 50% IACS or lower. The aluminum alloy plate 3 preferably has a Mg content of 2-7 wt.%, a sheet thickness of 0.2 to 1.2 mm, and a surface oxide-film thickness of 100 nm or less.
