Title:
マッハツェンダ干渉計光センサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4213877
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mach-Zehnder interferometer optical sensor capable of accurately measuring a physical quantity without being influenced by a measuring environment. SOLUTION: An optical phase change signal Vs by a physical quantity detection medium 7 and a signal Vref by a phase modulator 11, to which phase changes are given respectively by different oscillation frequencies ωs , ωref ref are separated by filters 14, 15 or switches 20, 21, and the optical phase change signal Vs by the physical quantity detection medium 7 is standardized by using the signal Vref by the phase modulator 11. Hereby, even when the light intensity or the coherence of a light source 1, or the optical path length difference of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer are changed with time, a signal determined uniquely by the physical quantity of a measuring object can be taken out, and this Mach-Zehnder interferometer optical sensor independent of the change of the measuring environment can be acquired.
