Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a material of construction, in which in the case of using coal ashes as a main raw material and adding a solidification material and water thereto and kneading these, even if loadings of water are made little, quality is not lowered but the material of construction having uniform quality is efficiently produced. SOLUTION: The device for producing a material of construction has a mixer 1 capable of continuously kneading a raw material while sending it toward the other end side from one end side by agitating members 27 of the inside. The mixer is equipped with respective charging ports 21, 22, 23 of coal ashes and solidification material on one end side and equipped with the discharge port 24 of a kneaded material on the other end side. The charging ports 22, 23 of the solidification material are provided on the other end side of the charging port 21 of coal ashes and also a first nozzle 41 for adding water to coal ashes is provided on one end side of the charging port of the solidification material. The second nozzles 42, 43 for adding water to the agitated mixture of coal ashes and the solidification material are respectively provided on the other end side of the charging port of the solidification material.
