Abstract:

To provide a resin composition suitable for bonding a syndiotactic polystyrene resin to a polyolefin resin; and a laminate.

The resin composition for bonding a syndiotactic polystyrene resin to a polyolefin resin contains (A) 20-50 wt% syndiotactic polystyrene, (B) 20-70 wt% polyolefin, (C) 2-20 wt% styrene elastomer, and (D) 2-20 wt% compatibilizer. The laminate 20 is prepared by bonding a syndiotactic polystyrene resin layer 1 to a polyolefin resin layer 2 with an adhesive layer 3 comprising the composition, hardly undergoes interlayer peeling, and is useful as a film (e.g. a release film) or a sheet.
