To obtain a sol solvent composition having excellent room-temperature fluidity and fluidity of molten resin and an extremely small change with time at a room temperature and a sol-like thermoplastic resin composition using the same.

The sol solvent composition comprises (a) 100 parts wt. of an aqueous solvent, (b) 0.1-30 parts wt. of a surfactant, (c) 0.1-5 parts wt. of an organic peroxide. The sol solvent composition comprises further (d) 0.1-10 parts wt. of a viscosity modifier. The sol solvent composition comprises further (e) 0.1-10 parts wt. of an antifoaming agent. The sol-like thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing (a) 100 parts wt. of the aqueous solvent with (f) 5-250 parts wt. of a thermoplastic resin.
