Title:
運動素子
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4231918
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption, to generate large force, to improve reaction speed and to miniaturize a motion element in the motion element converting energy into actual physical quantities such as displacement, speed and force. SOLUTION: A motion member 1 formed of shape memory alloy which shows shapes different at high temperature and low temperature, and a thermionic element 3 which is installed on the face of the motion member 1 and heats or cools the motion member 1 by using Peltier effect, are installed. The motion member 1 is heated or cooled and is deformed by making current flow into the thermionic element 2 in one direction or an opposite direction. Then, motion force is generated by the deformation of the member. Thus, a motion element 6, in which energy consumption is less, large force can be generated, reaction speed is fast and which can be miniaturized, can be realized.
