To provide a holder for measuring characteristics of an electronic component by preventing a joint part between a substrate and a metal case being damaged due to push force acting on the metal case and preventing the metal case from slipping off.
The measuring holder for measuring the characteristics of a composite electronic component 10 for a high frequency joins a terminal of the metal case 20 to the outside electrode of the substrate. The measuring holder comprises a base member 30 holding the mounting face of the composite electronic component 10, and a push member contacted on the upper face of the metal case 20 and pushing and holding the component 10 with the base member 30. Recesses 32 and 32 are formed on a part corresponding to the joint A joining the terminal of the metal case on the ground outside electrode of the substrate on the base member 30 to reduce push force. The recess corresponding to the joint A may be formed on the push member.
