Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a power supply from being suddenly removed from a body of an electric device operated by a removable power supply. SOLUTION: An actuator 108 and a lock mechanism 114 lock a power supply 109 by an instruction of a microcomputer 104 so that, the power supply 109 mounted on a video camera main body cannot be removed, and the microcomputer 104 controls each section so that no problem is caused to the video camera even when the power supply is removed in the ease that an operation entry is made by a power supply removal switch 107. After the end of the control operation, the locked state by the actuator 108 and the lock mechanism 114 is released by an instruction of the microcomputer 104 so that the power supply 109 mounted on the video camera main body is removed.
