Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device that expresses a reference signal used to enhance an artifical retina function with correct information so as to attain color display without a sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: In the case of interconnecting resistors 18a-18d connected to an anode of a 1st light receiving element in a pixel 10 to resistors 18a-18d connected to an anode of a 1st photoreceptor in an adjacent pixel 10 (not shown), respectively, photoreceptors provided with color filters in the same color are connected and an output on the basis of monochromic reference color information can be obtained.
