PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which is superior in the luminous efficiency, and which emits light in a high luminance. SOLUTION: This is a compound and the electroluminescent element which uses the compound expressed in a formula (1-A). In the formula, X1 to X22 respectively represent independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, straight chain, branched or cyclic alkyl group, straight chain, branched or cycle alkoxy group, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.
