This device is provided with the lower part linking part 101 for linking lower parts to support a vehicle body 3 without a carriage 1 on a vehicle body 2 with the carriage 1 by connecting the vehicle body 2 and the vehicle body 3 by interposing a bearing 6 for permitting at least mutual yawing between the vehicle body 2 and the vehicle body 3, and the first upper part linking part 102 for linking upper parts of the vehicle bodies 2 and 3 by connecting a fixed bracket 31 fixed to the one vehicle body 2 and a movable bracket 34 supporting two left and right portions to vertically oscillate via a spherical bearing 33 between fixed brackets 32 fixed to the other vehicle body 3 between the upper parts of each vehicle body 2 and 3 via a spherical bearing 35.
