Abstract:

To provide a decomposition-in-water type garbage treatment apparatus capable of quickly dealing with a trouble that one circulation pump gets out of order while continuing garbage treatment in a case a plurality of decomposition tanks are installed together and also efficiently and evenly carrying out garbage treatment in the respective tanks and to provide a garbage treatment method using the apparatus.

The decomposition-in-water type garbage treatment apparatus is for crushing garbage and then introducing the garbage into decomposition tanks and decomposing the garbage by microorganism in a decomposition solution stored in the decomposition tanks and at least two decomposition tanks 2a to 2c are installed together and the crushed garbage is introduced into the respective decomposition tanks 2a to 2c and on the other hand, the decomposition solution is circulated among the decomposition tanks 2a to 2c by operation of circulation pumps 3a to 3c installed in the respective decomposition tanks 2a to 2c and the decomposition solution in the decomposition tanks 2a to 2c is dispersed on the liquid surface separately in the respective decomposition tanks 2a to 2c by operation of the circulation pumps 3a to 3c and further the decomposition solution in the respective decomposition tanks 2a to 2c can be discharged by operation of the circulation pumps 3a to 3c.
