To provide a material which has an excellent wear resistance for a contact part of a stator with a rotor of an ultrasonic motor without wearing a surface of a contact thirdparty member, to provide a contact part structure without bringing about an irregular wear, and to provide a method for molding a resin so that a direction of fiber such as a carbon, a glass, a metal, ceramics or the like of a filler for realizing such physical properties directed in parallel with the contact surface.
At least one member of the contact parts of the stator with the rotor 5 is made of the resin containing the fiber as the filler, and the fiber directions are aligned with a sliding surface by cutting off vicinity of peripheral edge crossed in the fiber direction with the sliding surface, using the vicinity of the surface of a mold parallel in the fiber direction to the sliding surface or injecting a resin material from a direction parallel to the surface as the sliding surface in the mold.
