This information exhibition device providing information to the user by use of a video exhibition means 1 has: a wait information exhibition means 5 instructing the video exhibition means 1 to exhibit wait information to the user; an imaging means imaging an image including the user; a specific portion detection part 3 detecting a specific portion of the user inside the image; and a detailed information exhibition part 4 instructing the video exhibition means 1 to exhibit detailed information to a specific portion.
