To accurately construct a percolation place in a specific section domain in a base rock, even in the case of a small amount of data of a hydraulic conductivity acquired by boring examination.
In this construction method of the percolation place in the base rock, first of all, an elastic wave velocity tomography in the specific section domain in the base rock is produced relative to each of two different oscillation frequencies fi(i=1, 2) (step 101). Then, hydraulic conductivities at an oscillation side edge and at a vibration-receiving side edge in the specific section domain 5 are measured, respectively, simultaneously with or a little before or after production of the elastic wave velocity tomography (step 102). The correlation between the hydraulic conductivities measured at a plurality of measuring points and elastic wave velocities Vpi(i=1, 2) at the measuring points is determined (step 103), to thereby estimate the hydraulic conductivity relative to each divided element in the specific section domain 5 following the correlation (step 104).
