Abstract:
PURPOSE: A silicone rubber compostion for fixing roller is provided use as a silicone rubber coated monolayer roller on a metallic core without installing release layer of fluorine resin, etc. CONSTITUTION: A silicone rubber compostion for fixed roller comprises 100.0 parts by weight of organopolysiloxane containing two or more alkenyl groups combined with silicone atoms in one molecule, 0.1-30 parts by weight of organohydrogen polysiloxane containing two or more hydrogen atoms combined with silicone atoms in one molecule, 1-50 parts by weight of non-functional organopolysiloxane not containing an alkenyl group, a silicon atom and a hydrogen atom, 0.1-100.0 parts by weight of hollow filler of which average particle diameter is 200 micron or less, and true specific gravity is 1.0 or less, 1-20 parts by weight of a surfactant, 20-200 parts by weight of water, and a catalyst for additional reaction.
