PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the corresponding life of a bearing bush. SOLUTION: A fastening member 27, for making an annular collar 241 abut on a supporting shoulder in a frictional force securing state, is inserted between an abutting plate 32 and a bearing bush 24, and is fixedly fastened to a bearing shield 25 in a condition where an annular gap 29 to a shaft 16 remains.
