To provide a manufacturing method of automobile wheel which eliminates welding process, secures strength of wheel, improves torsional accuracy and reduces manufacturing cost by simplification of the process, through an integral forming of both a disk main plate section and a rim section from a platy base material without causing thinning in a hub face round corner formed in the disk main plate section.
In a preparatory drawing step, a recessed part 25 is formed to secure thickness of the disk main plate section 7 in the center area of the platy base material 20. In the next profiling drawing step, the disk main plate section 7 is formed to attain the designated design profile with a hub face round corner 13 thickened. and then the rim section 2 is integrally formed in the following steps.
