Abstract:

To prevent spherical projections or irregularities from being formed on the rear surface of a solar cell device when electrode material of aluminum or the like is fixed by baking.

A certain conductivity-region and a surface electrode are provided on the one main surface of another conductivity-semiconductor substrate, and a back electrode composed of a current collector mainly made of aluminum and glass components and an output part mainly made of metal higher in solder wettability than the current collector is formed on the other main surface of the semiconductor substrate for the formation of a solar cell device. The current collector contains magnesium oxide.
