To provide a multilayered laminated resin film free from aluminum, excellent in various physical properties such as strength or the others, especially shading properties, useful as a packaging material not only for food and drink or the like but also for an industrial member for requiring shading, excellent in filling and packing properties for content or the like, facilitating the inspection of foreign matter due to a metal detector, not causing a harmful substance or the like at the time of incineration disposal treatment after use and exellent in disposal treatment, environmental properties or the like.

The multilayered laminated resin film comprises a co-extruded multilayered laminated resin film and at least one layer of the co-extruded multilayered laminated resin film comprises a gray colored layer. The gray colored layer comprises a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin as a main component of vehicle and further containing a black pigment and a white pigment so that the content of the black pigment is 2.0-25.0 wt.% and the content of the white pigment is 1-15 times that of the black pigment.
