To provide a control device of a driving device for a vehicle capable of improving the controllability in operation, of shift inhibition control executed in a case when an operating device is operated to achieve a traveling state in the direction opposite to the vehicle advancing direction, in a driving device for a vehicle comprising a differential mechanism functioned as a transmission mechanism by differential action.

The shift inhibition control is executed to keep a continuously variable transmission part 11 in a neutral state where power transmission is cut by a shift inhibition control means, when a shift lever 48 switches a traveling state of the transmission mechanism to the traveling state in the direction opposite to the vehicle advancing direction. Thus the shift inhibition control can be executed regardless of forward and backward vehicle traveling directions without mounting an exclusive inhibition valve or the like for shift inhibition control.
