Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining sheet for a van body wherein a part of a sandwich panel is recessed so that a lashing rail or the like can be mounted and the lashing rail can be embedded in this portion, and to provide the sandwich panel wherein an inner width is reserved and strength can be fully guaranteed. SOLUTION: A van body equipped with a side wall using a sandwich panel 1 having a longitudinal recessed groove 5 for mounting a lashing rail or the like on an internal surface has the sandwich panel 1 comprising an external plate 2, a core 3 and an internal plate 4 wherein the external plate 2 is glued to,an external surface of the core 3 and the internal plate 4 is glued to an internal surface of the core 3. The internal plate 4 comprises an upper plate 4a having a Z-shaped fold 6a at an end, and a lower plate 4b similarly having a Z-shaped fold 6b at an end. The Z-shaped folds 6a, 6b of the upper and lower plates 4a, 4b are overlaid and glued on a recessed groove 5a provided on the core 3.
