SOLUTION: A negative electrode active material contains, mainly, an oxide fired body having a spinel structure, represented by LixTi5/3-yLyO4, where L is one or more type of element except Ti, 4/3<=x<=7/3, 0<=y<=5/3, and a positive electrode active material contains, mainly, an oxide fired body in an olivine structure, represented by LimMPO4 where M is one or more type of transition metal, 0<=m<=2.1.
