Abstract:
The device has at least one cylindrical quenching chamber filled with insulation, with a power current path, two axially separated fixed burn-off contact arrangements, a movable bridge contact, a light arc zone and a rated current path parallel to the power current path and with movable rated current contacts connected to the bridge contact by at least one lever rod so the rated current contacts always move more slowly than the bridge contact.
