To provide a roof structure having a power generation function and a vegetation function which can improve a building environment by greening while keeping the power generation function and further can enhance heat insulation performance and a heat retention effect.
The roof structure is constructed by covering a south-side roof face with a clay tile 1 having a solar cell board 2 and a north-side roof face with a clay tile having a moss-growing board 4. The whole solar cell board 2 of a square flat plate shape is accommodated in an accommodation recess 11 formed on the surface of the clay tile 1, and the lower edge 21 of the solar cell board 2 accommodated as described above is fitted to hooking sections 12, 12 (two sites in Fig.) each comprising a protrusion 12a having a hooking recess and formed on the lower edge of the recess 11 integrally with the clay tile 1 to prevent the solar cell board from falling down. A cover panel 3 is installed to cover the tail end of the clay tile 1, and its bottom edge 31 is engaged with the top edge 22 of the solar cell board 2 to prevent the whole solar cell board 2 from coming off from the accommodation recess 11.
