Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form stator coil winding in a simple configuration and to improve the performance of a motor by arranging a permanent magnet in a slit being curved arcuately from the outside to the inside of a rotor toward the center of field poles from an area between the field poles. SOLUTION: In a rotor, a slit 8 for arranging a permanent magnet 9 between a field pole and a field pole center is set into a core 10 of the rotor toward the outer periphery of the rotor between one field poles and is set toward the inner periphery of the rotor at the center of the field pole. A slit shape from the area between the field poles to the center of the field poles is curved arcuately with an arbitrary curvature for forming an arc in the same direction as the outer periphery of the rotor. As a result, magnetic flux tends to be centered it the field magnetic poles. Therefore, the distribution of magnetic flux on the surface of the rotor as the field poles is suppressed even if a magnetic material is included between the permanent magnet 9 and the outer periphery of the rotor to become a sinusoidal wave shape. Also, fluctuation for the load of the field pole center due to the reaction of an armature is small for stable drive.
