To provide a polymer solid electrolyte excellent in thermal characteristics, physical characteristics and ion conductivity developed to nearly a practical level, a solid electrolyte sheet, and its manufacturing method.

The polymer solid electrolyte including a bridged polymer containing a bridged segment containing a polymer segment having repetition units expressed in formulae (I) and (II) and a urethane bond, urea bond or polyether bond, and electrolyte salt, the solid electrolyte sheet made by molding the solid electrolyte in a sheet shape, and its manufacturing method are provided. In the formulae, R1, R6expresses hydrogen atom or hydrocarbon group having C1-10, X expresses a single bond or a linking bond of bivalent or more. R2, R3expresses hydrogen atom or methyl group, R7expresses alkenyl group or ester group or the like. R4expresses hydrogen atom, hydrocarbon group, acyl group or silyl group and R5expresses alkyl group or the like. m expresses an integer of 2-100. n expresses an integer of (number of valence of X-1), and p expresses an integer of 1-3.
