To perform a control suited to the actual fatigue of a user when controlling to prevent a user's excessive use of an object device.
The bioinformation adaptive control device calculates tension based on bioinformation from a human body and calculates the fatigue degree as an accumulation value of the tension. This device determines whether or not the information on the calculated fatigue degree exceeds a predetermined threshold and whether or not a lapse time from a time starting the acquisition of the bioinformation exceeds a predetermined time length. When determining that the fatigue degree exceeds the predetermined threshold and the lapse time exceeds the predetermined time length based on the determinations, the device performs a predetermined control instruction. The element of the lapse time is jointly used for the determination of the user's fatigue degree, so that the device can more precisely determine the user's fatigue degree than that when determining based on only the fatigue degree as the accumulation value of the tension.
