To prepare a schedule suited to a manufacturing site in which a lot integration operation is performed.

In a schedule preparation system 1, an initial schedule preparation part 10 prepares an initial schedule of task unit on the basis of process information 11, order information 12 and a lot integration condition 13, and stores the prepared initial schedule in task information 21 in a schedule information storage part 20. Then, a lot conversion part 30 converts the initial schedule into a schedule of a lot unit, stores the schedule in task information 22 and displays the schedule on a schedule result display part 40. An operator instructs a change of a specific lot in the displayed schedule by using a mouse 52, and a moving information storage part 50 stores the moving information of the lot. In addition, a schedule correction part 60 corrects violation of a schedule restriction condition which may be generated due to the change.
