Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric resistance and increase mechanical strength by transferring two or more kinds of polymer containing fluorine having an acid functional group or its precursor from a compatible state to a phase separation state, and forming its microstructure in a sponge form. SOLUTION: A filmy matter is formed from a system comprising two or more kinds of polymer containing fluorine, the formed filmy matter is heated for 1-30 minutes 1-200 deg.C higher than a cloudy point to form a compatible matter. The formed compatible matter is cooled to a prescribed temperature by polymer with temperature lower than the cloudy point, and holding the and time are adjusted to form the filmy matter in a phase separation state. The formed filmy matter in the phase separation state is rapidly cooled to 80 deg.C lower than the cloudy point to complete a sponge formed microstructure. An acid functional group is a sulfonate group, a carboxylic acid group, a phosphonic acid group, a hydroquinon group, or a thiol group, and the precursor can be converted to the acid functional group in a chemical reaction such as hydrolysis or a substitution reaction.
