Abstract:

To provide an electrode for electrochemical elements capable of charging and discharging at a high speed and configuring electrochemical elements with a high capacitance.

An electrode for electrochemical elements is configured to include at least a titanate nanosheet represented by a chemical formula H2Ti8O17-nH2O(n=0 to 2.0), and a carbon material for imparting an electrical conductivity. Alternatively, the electrode for electrochemical elements is configured to include a complex consisting of 8 titanate nanosheet represented by a chemical formula H2Ti8O17-nH2O(n=0 to 2.0) and a carbon material as an active substance. And, electrochemical elements are configured to use the electrode for electrochemical elements for a positive electrode and a negative electrode.
