To provide a token transfer passage which can prevent the occurrence of clogging of the passage by tokens, such that tokens lap over to mesh with each other inside the passage, and to provide a token delivery device, using the passage.

The token transfer passage (30), provided in between a token feed inlet (31) and a token delivery outlet (32), has a contact face (33) for making contact with the token (11) being provided successively between the token feed inlet (31) and the token delivery outlet (32), and the contacting face (33) is twisted in a spiral shape, as though it is being turned with a central axis (72) at its center along the feeding direction of the token (11) between the token feed inlet (31) and the token delivery outlet (32), thus forming the passage.
