Abstract:
To provide a superconductive device wherein local concentration of a current is prevented, a stable high frequency transmission characteristic is realized, and to realize both a current characteristic and a power characteristic.
The superconductive device is provided with: a device substrate (11); a superconductive pattern (12) made of a superconductive material and formed on the device substrate; and a dielectric powder fixing layer (19) for covering the superconductive pattern and uniformly and closely adhered to the device substrate.
