The battery cooling device (210) has a battery housing chamber (220) capable of housing a battery (50) and filled with refrigerant (NH), a turbine (240) to be rotated by exhaust gas (EG) of the engine (10), and a refrigerant flow part (230) including a compressor (250), a heat exchanger (260), a pipe (271, 272, 273), etc.
