Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mesh sheet having required physical properties and causing extremely slight environmental problems during the process from the time of processing to the treatment as an industrial waste as compared with those of a sheet coated with a conventional vinyl chloride-based resin. SOLUTION: This mesh sheet is obtained by covering a meshlike woven fabric comprising polyester fibers and having 50-90% filling ratio with a copolyester composed of an acid component which is terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid or an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an alcohol component that is a 2-6C straight-chain glycol and a 2-6C side-chain glycol or a 2-6C ether glycol and having 10,000-80,000 molecular weight and -50 to +70 deg.C glass transition point temperature and has a pickup of 40-200% based on the weight of the woven fabric.
